FD Ford 8.8 Hybrid Axle Halfshafts

Kit includes:

•  2x - Custom 4340 heat treated Hybrid axle halfshafts to adapt FD outer to ford explorer 8.8 inner stub axles.  Note must be OEM CVs!

Users must source all other parts for your unique creation.  

We know you guys sometimes want to mix and match our parts so we offer them piecemeal in this fashion.  If you are looking to run the best designed ford 8.8 mounting cradle on the market , but want to create your own custom mount solution, then this is the product for you.  

How much power will it hold?  Well, wheel hop can still kill most things but from the few folks who've managed to break things we can say holding somewhere around 600-800 hp is a reasonable approximation for our standard shafts.  However, we've had folks who've made 1000 hp successfully while road racing.  The shafts come with a lifetime warranty so if you do break one just let us know and we'll send you another (international users we ask to pick up shipping).  If you think you'll pushing the power we would instead suggest our "grande" axle kit: https://www.roninspeedworks.net/index.php?route=product/product&path=70&product_id=109
