We stand behind all of our parts and we have them made with quality and performance in mind. If you believe you've found an issue, please contact us at roninspeedworks@gmail.com so we can work with you on a appropriate resolution. Please note, fitments are not guaranteed, these are custom parts and we have found that updates and varitations exist on mating parts which may not be foreseen.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment (again at buyer's discretion) are subject to a 3% reduction in refund (5% if international). Paypal and other payment vendors do not refund fees associated with orders so likewise we must flow this requirement down to our customers. Sorry!!!
Returns at the Buyer's discretion are eligible for 90 days from the date parts were delivered. Such returns require a 15% restocking fee to cover both incoming inspection and payment fees before parts are returned to stock. Any parts returned must be in an "as new" condition.
Terms above can be waived at Ronin's discretion, most typically when there was a failure to perform on Ronin's part. For instance, any production delay exceeding 90 days will have fees waived on cancelled orders. Even as we do rely on a supply chain, issues with the timeliness of the supply chain are Ronin's responsibility.
